SMARTER Balanced and PARCC to Launch New Technology Readiness Tool to Support Transition to Online Assessments

The SMARTER Balanced Assessment Consortium and the Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers today announced they have awarded a contract to Pearson to develop a new Technology Readiness Tool to support states as they transition to next-generation assessments.

Madison Education Foundation awards nearly $40,000 in grants to classrooms

MADISON – On Dec. 12, the Madison Education Foundation (MEF) approved 21 teacher grants totaling nearly $40,000 that will touch students at all five of Madison’s public schools.
